Luna's Food Philosophy

The heart and soul of Luna's Food & Wine Bar starts with our team. Passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated. Our goal is to give you an amazing experience, everytime. Our food and coffee concept is designed by Executive Chef Mark Normoyle, with a seasonal and strong local produce focus. Throughout the day, our menu evolves from morning through to late night supper, all our dishes are paired with an innovative wine and cocktail list created by our sommelier Christian Maier, carefully developed to match with Luna's dishes.

In a stylish and ambient setting Luna's Wine Bar offers a range of craft wines and beverages. Wines with an emphasis on showing ethics in vine growing using sustainable viticulture, organic or biodynamic principles. Wines that are in tune with the area and place they come from, highly engaging, serious yet with a sense of fun and accessibility. Sip a glass of Chablis on the terrace overlooking Melbourne's landmarks or a glass of grower Champagne in the intimacy of the lounge, alongside an all-day Italian inspired modern Australian food offerings.
